On the potatoes… why not to use potatoes if you’re lucky enough to even
find any that aren’t treated so much that they won’t sprout? I couldn’t
find any yellow seed potatoes, so I put some regular ones in the window
sill when I saw they were sprouting eyes. Don’t wanna plant them for no
reason, so hopefully someone can tell me why not to plant them. Thanks for
your GREAT videos and thanks to anyone for a “potato answer”.
I am in the USA also and he is awesome! He is a fantastic teacher. There is
no one else on youtube who can teach like he does, although you would like
Growing Your Greens, his name is John and he is also a good teacher is you
are into organics. But this guy, you should watch Love your Garden series.
OMG dream gardens. Isn’t there anyone in the USA doing that??
28:00 Nice finish and very true. We need to recall the old lessons of the
“older” generations of farmers/our ancestors, and not be quick to discard
that information which was handed down over 100s of years. It was handed
down for a reason. It worked.
I have just planted my vegetables and learning to care for them each time I
watch you and I just love doing it. I hope my produce will come out just
like yours.
Where did he get those amazing silicone trays for starting seeds? Are they
just ice cube trays? I haven’t seen anything that shape or size here in the
US (just ice cube trays with 12 cubes)

I am making the shift to full organic. It is a mind shift and sometimes
old habits pop up.
