You can get rid of ants organically by taking an envelope of instant grits(
they won’t work for this unless it’s instant grits!) and sprinkle heavily
on anthology. the workers take the grits to the queen, she eats them, the
grits expand and the ants explode. I had a horrible infestation of fire
ants and tried nearly everything. This finally worked. I got the instant
grits from Wal-Mart. Tfs
Becky your the best you really are, you are so inspirational, I LOVE your
videos so much don’t stop making them, keep up your fantastic work on the
homestead but I need advice because my tomatoes well when the seed package
says they will be really big they come out really small, when we had 2 big
beautiful tomato plants (they had 12 tomatoes almost ready to pick) I had
caterpillars come to my garden and destroy my tomato plants along with my
peppers… I was very sad I was waiting so long ever so patiently but then
it all went to waste so I need help, what do I do to keep the caterpillars
and my 4 dogs away from the garden? Please answer I need major advice I am
really hoping I can grow my garden successfully and help feed the family.
Hello, I just subscribed, Love your videos and had a question. I’m going to
be traveling the across country for quite while in a mobile pick-up camper
with lots of jostling around. Will a dwarf lemon tree be able to thrive and
fruit in these conditions?
I’m super curious to know the answer either way!! :)
I love your videos. My husband is retiring from the military and our dream
is to buy a small home with some land and start our own mini farm. Watching
your videos has been a wonderful source for ideas for our homestead! Thank
you for sharing your life with us. May I ask what kind of piggie that is?
Hi Becky, I am up in the great white north of WI and a little trick was
shown to me to get my tomato and pepper plants to fruit faster. Trim the
bottom and low-middle leaves that are branching off of your plants. The
stalk will become thicker to support the weight of more fruit, and the
plant will expend its energy on fruiting for you. I was hesitant to try it
this year but I dove in and hoped for the best. Sure enough I started
picking peppers a few days ago. A check of last years garden record had me
picking my first pepper on July 11th. That’s quite the improvement!
Love your videos! You, hands down, have the best intro on youtube!
“bad piggy” lol
Looks great Becky! Thanks for sharing with us!

Try the back to Eden gardening, youtube that. Amazing, put your chicken
manure plus lots of woodchips or straw.
